Aunt Suzie was voted Best Buy in a ZAGAT survey.

Nestled on quiet Fifth Avenue, Aunt Suzie's is a tried-and-true staple of Park Slope. "Suzie" sends out regular newsletters to regular patrons, and gives $10 off your birthday meal if you've been smart enough to put yourself on her mailing list. The decor is mid-'50s Brooklyn, with photos from someone's family album framed on the walls. The room is spacious yet cozy and brightly lit, with plenty of room for you and the kids to spread out if need be. The food is pleasant and unthreatening; it's your standard Italian fare, for people who don't feel like cooking it themselves.

This place is a well-established Park Slope tradition. The food is tasty, well-prepared and much like the way I would expect a relaxing Italian Sunday dinner to be. You won't ever go wrong at Aunt Suzie's

The best Italian food I've had out yet, and all members in my party agreed as well.

... Perhaps one of Brooklyn's best little spots. Situated in an up and coming neighborhood, Aunt Suzie's is the kind of place you'd usually find off a quiet little street in the West Village. Great atmosphere, great food, though not the cheapest around, an overall excellent dining experience.
